REFUND POLICY

NO QUESTIONS ASKED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Positive Cycling within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions below.


CONDITIONS

Returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered packaging together with original documentation. Positive Cycling will only refund the original purchase price (minus a 5% administrative fee). Please attach order details, invoices, and other relevant documents to support@positivecycling.com. Please note that shipping and handling charges for returned items shall be under the buyer's responsibility.

If these conditions are not met, Positive Cycling reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum of 30% restocking fee.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGE ITEMS

Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at the discretion of Positive Cycling


RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

All returns must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be provided by Positive Cycling.


REFUNDS

Once your item(s) have been received and approved for refund, your account will then be credited.
