HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY?
All shipping and delivery for Positive Cycling products are free and complimentary, including international deliveries.
WHERE IS YOUR ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
All Positive Cycling orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Asia.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES?
Shipping is free for all our products and is applicable to all domestic and international orders. All orders are also shipped using premium insured shipping; our orders are tracked and insured against loss.
All orders to the United States are shipped using EMS (Express Mail Shipping) via the United States Post Office. Delivery time from order placement is typically 15 to 20 days. Orders to Canada, UK, and Australia also typically takes the same time.
All orders to other countries that can be shipped using EMS will be shipped in that manner via the receiving countries postal service. All orders to other countries not listed above are shipped using non-EMS, and delivery time from order submittal is typically 20 to 40 days.
Positive Cycling does not guarantee delivery times.
A tracking number will be provided to you when the order ships. However, it may take from 5 to 10 days to track correctly.
In some rare cases, tracking information may not be available for your country. Whenever available, tracking information will be provided to you via email.
TAXES, DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
You are responsible for checking any local regulations regarding restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you.
